If you’re looking for a doula for an upcoming birth or postpartum support,
please use the form Below

-Estimated due date/month
-OB/Midwife practice
-Hospital you’re delivering at
-Where you live
-Type of medical insurance you have
(this is where you can ask if the doula bills directly or uses the reimbursement process)

Insurance info (important!): In order to be eligible for the insurance doula benefit, the birthing person must have BCBS RI, Neighborhood Health (commercial or medicaid), UHC (commercial or medicaid) or Harvard Pilgrim RI.
Other insurance companies are not eligible. If you have BCBS or UHC from another state, the doula benefit is not eligible.
In this case, you are an OOP (out of pocket) client. In the form, below, please put OOP in the Insurance field.
After full cash payment to the doula, you will get an invoice that can be submitted to an HSA/FSA account for reimbursement.

We’ll post your request (no names will be published) on our private member network. Doulas who have availability will respond and those responses will be emailed back to you within a couple of days.

You can then view the listings on this site to determine a doula that relates to your personality and goals.
Thanks for checking in!
